NDreams co-founder Patrick O’Luanaigh stepping down as CEO


The co-founder of vitual actuality specialist NDreams, Patrick O’Luanaigh (pictured) is stepping down as CEO. 

As of June 1st, he can be transitioning to be chair of the corporate whereas chief improvement officer Tom Gillo can be changing him as chief government. Patrick O’Luanaigh based NDreams again in 2006 alongside Tamsin O’Luanaigh. 

“I’m extremely happy with what we now have constructed at nDreams since Tammy and I rented a tiny workplace in 2006 and took the plunge,” Patrick O’Luanaigh mentioned. 

“It has been a tremendous, difficult and extremely rewarding journey. We now have achieved a lot already, and but the corporate nonetheless has thus far to go, with VR/MR nonetheless in its infancy. From a brand new vantage level as Chairman, I’m excited to see nDreams attain even better heights underneath Tom’s succesful management.”

Gillo added: “It’s an honour to succeed Patrick as NDreams’ CEO. He and I am going again a good distance – all the best way to PlayStation House days. Being on the journey alongside him constructing nDreams over the previous ten years has been the defining chapter of my profession thus far, and with the ability to proceed that journey and construct upon that legacy into the long run with the backing of Aonic is each a unbelievable alternative and an actual privilege.”

NDreams was acquired by Aonic Group in 2023 for $110 million; virtually a 12 months later, the corporate laid off 17.5 per cent of its workers.
